Warranty

Often times this will be a vast investment that you are making to your home, this is why we offer a 5 year warranty on labor on all patios we build. We also offer a lifetime warranty on Unilock brick pavers.

Detail

Attention to detail is very crucial in any construction process. We pride ourselves in the details, from the detailed cuts involved in every paver to the very important cleanup stage. The last thing we want is for you to clean up after we complete your project. Our goal is for you to start enjoying and relaxing on your patio upon its completion.

Your backyard living space should be a place where you can go to escape! Creating a backyard paradise is our main focus. When we complete your outdoor project we want you to feel like it is your own personal vacation getaway.

M & N Maintenance has been offering custom designed brick patios for the past 15 years. Our goal is to create the most unique outdoor living space that suits your lifestyle.  We achieve this by gathering as much information about you and your lifestyle in our initial consultation as possible.

When choosing a Landscape designer you should carefully select one that not only has the experience and qualifications but pride and detail in all aspects of their business. For the last 15 years, M & N Maintenance has grown its business on providing custom designs, meticulous construction, and remarkable customer satisfaction.

One important factor in choosing a contractor is Insurance certification. M & N Maintenance is fully insured and is more than happy to provide you with verification upon your request.

Experience is what distinguishes us from others.  Hiring someone who specializes in the trade is very important and they should be able to provide you with referrals. We will willingly supply you with referrals of past customers and projects. We are very proud of our work and encourage you to visit earlier work we have completed.

Once you decide on a contractor a proposal or agreement should always be provided. Any contractor who does not provide you with a written estimate should be crossed off your list immediately.  We outline exactly what work will be completed, the pricing and payment terms, and material to be used on all of our agreements. We realize that you may have obtained other quotes however the lowest quote is not always the best. Do your homework and make sure you are paying for the quality of the work, often times other contractors compromise the quality of their work for price.
