Since 1994, M&N Maintenance has been installing, designing, and maintaining all different types of properties. The letters of our name represent our founders, Manuel and Nury Paredes, who started the company as a couple, bringing their combined lifetime of lawn and landscaping experience into a company that became almost immediately successful. Today, their son Art Paredes and his wife Jannette continue the family tradition of unique, superior-quality landscaping and maintanence. Through our experience, we have realized that you might think not much separates one landscape company from another.

Ten years ago we had Art and his team design and install a new paver patio. They were very easy to work with and really listened to our wishes for how the patio would become a central part of our back yard. We have had no problems whatsoever with the pavers.
